Jay we lost you aged 28 , four years ago…. The heartbreak is still here we miss you every single day …. Harlow misses her mummy , she’s so like you in every way , Gavin misses his sister , eating bites out of his sandwiches and your lunches together , I miss you my daughter for the Love we shared , we talk about you constantly ❤️ Your fight against CF and Micro Bacterium was worthy of a true warrior ….
